How to fight loneliness

Jeff Tweedy-Black Eye(live)
This is a live track from his solo shows in Chicago in Sept of 2003. This version waaaaaay slower than the studio version that Uncle Tupelo did. There's so much space in the song and Jeff's voice feels like whiskey-smooth and harsh. It contributes to the immense feeling of loneliness I get whenever I listen to this song. But damn, it's really pretty. Although you do have to concentrate when you listen to it, when I first tried listening to it it took about 5 times because I was so easily distarcted form something so soft and at first listen, unassuming(or whatever).
